BEIGE IRIDESCENT SILK OUTFIT II

Here is a pic of the over blouse finished. On my last post, the blouse was almost done, and was waiting for “Mrs. K” to fit the pattern of the under blouse. The fitting went well, so I thought! After getting home, “Mrs. K” decided she was not happy, and wanted some changes.

The next day, she came with two other ladies. The under blouse was discarded, shoulder pads taken out and lapels carried all the way to the hem of the blouse.

I’d tell you, at times, I just want to throw the tower… but that’s just a “moment”

I know what you mean, hope you can add the extra work to the invoice.
It is a petty that sometimes clients demands for changes when the garment is nearly done. They have no idea what it takes to do a last minute change in design especially in fragile fabrics like silk chiffon and charmeuse. But you did a great job; the "new" blouse is lovely.

Ugh! I have been there with certain clients in the past. Not much fun, but I do hope she was happy in the end and glad that you could accomodate her wishes.
